I'm a 19 year old male. What can I do now to live as long and as well as possible? |
I mean, how and what should I eat, what's the best amount of time to sleep, advice on exercising, etc. I know people usually start worrying about this when they are in their 40s, but I want to know what I can do know to live as long and as well as possible. I hear stories of people who's quality of life declines sharply after about 25 or 30, but I also hear of some people who are able to maintain the same quality of life from young adulthood almost until their deaths (barring anything like Alzheimer's that I might develop shortly before I die). Don't drink, smoke or do drugs, use sugar and salt sparingly. Eat lots of Quaker Oatmeal. It's the Right Thing To Do And The Right Way To Do It! Workout and eat healthy... excirsise eat well if your windering about medicine then ask your dr but your 19 u shouldn't eat fast food a lot (once a month). u should eat things like salads but they shouldn't have croutons or dressing (maybe croutons, very rarely). thats how i live and i'm a thin machine. trust me this will help. Don't smoke, exercise regularly, eat a diet with lots of fruit and vegetables, limit your intake of red meat, have a glass of red wine every day and practice safer sex Live life to the fullest cause the grim reaper can come and getcha at anytime. My great-grandmother is 103 years old. She is still alive. Based on her, I think you should drink enough liquids. Also, she drinks JAPANESE GREEN TEA. I think JAPANESE GREEN TEA is the key to living long. dont fall in love and expect your woman to be faithfull...wemyn cant do it! and eat good...blah blah blah! Good organic food Well, for starters, smoke only cigarettes and marijuana - stay away from crack - that stuff will kill you. ,start walking and WALK.i'm in my mid sixties and still walk some every day.don't use tobacco, alcohol or drugs.keep the amount of suger you consume down and don,t sit at a desk in a air conditioned room all your life find a job that will keep you moving and on ocasions sweat some, and last but not least get plenty of sleep. Find a career that requires 2 parts |
