In urinalysis of 76 yrs old, what does it mean if pus cells is 4-7/hpf and reaction is alkaline?

My mom is given plavix for almost a year by September and her urine smells terribly pungent, like a rotten perishable. Moreover, she urinates more or less 120 ml. (1 cup) every two hours day and night. This problem seems to start when she took plavix. Urine test indicates color as yellow but I see a color between dark pink and red. Transparency is slight turbid. Albumin and sugar are negative. RBC is 0-2/hpf. Epithelial cells - rare. Mucus thread and phosphates - few. Specific gravity is 1.015. Our doctor said it might be due to bacteria but cannot exactly see what's wrong. A kidney bladder ultrasound is impossible due to incontinence. She is initially diagnozed with alzheimer's disease since 2002.

This is from the Plavix website.
Possible side effects from taking the medication.
Urinary system disorders: Abnormal renal function, acute renal failure
glomerulopathy, increased creatinine levels,Cystitis (Urinary tract infection)

Most doctors when they suspect a UTI will prescribe an antibiotic and possibly a urine culture. And do a follow up urine in one to two weeks to see if symptoms improved or the need for further testing.
