Brain food? |
I am almost 40 and feel forgetful at times and you hear so much these days about Alzheimer's...I really don't eat the rigght way- I am slender, buit not too thin. I feel I need more of a diet that is an aid in memory....any ideas? This is also happening to my brother and mother. Fish, bananas, and anything with high anti-oxidant content. Fish oils Fish There are probably 100 different vitamin formulas on the market related to memory. Fish oils are popular. Steak or anything that is high in protein. Studies have showed that students who ate steak the night before tests did better than those that did not. |
