epilepsy-

meningitis-

stroke-

Alzheimer's-

brain tumor-

Parkinsons-

multiple sclerosis-

Paralysis-

Epilepsy - A disease in which episodes of seizures are experienced at intervals.
Meningitis- It's inflammation of the membranes covering the brain and spinal cord. It may be due to viruses or bacteria.
Stroke- Disorder of the brain, commonly due to bleeding or lack of blood supply to the brain resulting into paralysis and unconsciousness.
Alzheimer's- Dementia or age related changes in the higher brain functions occuring at an earlier age.
Brain tumor- A new growth in the brain, that may be benign or malignant. But even benign growth is much damaging due to increase in intracranial pressure because cranium (skull)has limited space so slight enlargement of the contents produces much pressure effects.
Parkinson's - Disorder of the extrapyramidal system of the brain causing rigidity, tremors, abnormal movements and slowness of thoughts.
Multiple sclerosis- Disease with unknown etiology in which there is demyelination of the brain, causing sensory and motor effects.
Paralysis- Inability to move any part of the body due to one of the many causes in brain, spinal cord, nerves or the muscles.

Hope it helps.
Good luck!
