There are new techniques about alternative medicine, i want to know which one of these are really efficient :
*Ionic Detox
*Colonic cleansing
*anti CCP

The best way to do a cleanse that is right for you is to go to a naturopathic doctor and have him/her design a detox specific to your weight, goals, lifestyle and health status. Colonic cleanse ( colon hydrotherapy) is expensive, but does well with cleaning out your bowels. There are also herbs and regimens that help detox your liver.

It's my believe that there is no ONE cure for anything... There are a multitude of natural cures in alternative medicine that are extremely efficient! Just as no two people are exactly alike, just so many people will find something that works best for them. I think that they all work in their own way, perhaps all working together would be the most effecient!?

Colonics can be very beneficial but you must be careful not to have too many as you could easily deplete your intestines of the good stuff it needs to eliminate on its own.
