Sweating Problem?

I tend to sweat a lot, more than the average person. I鈥檝e seen dermatologists who鈥檝e recommended I try deodorants, pills, ect. Yet none of them really helped me. But I haven鈥檛 tried anything other than Western medicine remedies. I was wondering if there are any alternative remedies that you know of that might be able to help me.

A table spoon of high strength liquid chlorophyll every day should help as it actually deodorises your perspiration odours before they come out of your pores.

Furthermore, liquid chlorophyll also has a cooling effect so you will perspire a bit less.

Try to add ginger,garlic and fresh lemon juice in your daily food intake.

Ask your dr about botox... it stops you from sweating so much.

Don't mean to be offensive but.....are you overweight? Overweight people tend to sweat more because their body is trying to burn off the extra calories that are stored in fat. Have you tried eating more fruits and vege's and less red meat?

The best thing for excessive sweating is sage tea. Also, increase your intake of Zinc to 50 mg per day.
