Is there an "over the counter" replacement for phentermine?

I am looking for a weight loss aid that has the same energy boosting effect as this medicine does. I would prefer something that does not need to be purchased online or with a prescription. Any good suggestions? I am already eating healthy and exercising. I was on phentermine for a while and found it really helped, but I currently have no insurance and I am looking for a viable alternative. Thanks!
