Dodgy arms?

I have been told imay have carpel tunnel syndrome and until i go to hospital i have to wear splints and take pain killers but i donotliketaking medicines for long periods of time does anyone know of any alternative therapies that can help....i have only 2 weeksto wait

This hurts like hell - I had it when pregnant. You have mny sympathy.
I found that the more I used my arms and hands the less painful it was. First thing in the morning it was at its worst. Try gentle exercises - rotating wrist, massaging fingers etc.
