What's the best alternatives for painful cycles? |
I had painful cycles ever since i was 12, I've tried birth control(patch, & pill); over-counter medicine, prescribed medicines; yeah i tried heat, but it helps for awhile then it starts up my friend has endometriosis...she has horrible pain during her cycle. She was eventually diagnosed and they give her depo-provera. it helps but with serious side effects (like, no sex drive). try different doctors, get different opiions, get a diagnosis. have u tried heat. talk to your doctor. |
