My hair is falling out.?

About 3 years ago my hair started falling out my phycologist said I haid Alopecia.
I didn't go completetly bald but I had a few big patches on my hair.
It all grew back in, and I was ok but now I find hundreds of my hairs everywhere [I know it's nobody's in my family because of the colour.] And it feels alot thinner.

Is it alopecia again [I tend to worry constantly about little and big things.] Or is it my age 12.

Please help.

What ever it was, it sound's as if you're a worrier anyway, eat healthy get plenty of exercise and when you feel you are getting stressed or worried about anything please try and breath calmly and lay down if you can..the more you worry about your hair falling out or getting thin the more you will trigger stress, my hair thinned due to my thyroid but whenever I can I give my hair a good massage and stimulate the roots, comb it with a wide tooth comb and look after it try a good multi-vitimin for a few month's and see how it goes ...This will pass

glad to be of help, remember every bit of life's problems are learning curves, just try not to get too stressed it will make matter's worse. If it doesnt- go to your Doctor.. Report It

If you losing your hairs. It will not grow back. There is lot of women do get their losing the hairs. All depend on women and age. Men do much more losing hair than women.

stress can cause this infact it is the biggest cause of it,i know it is easier said than done but try not to worry so much learn to relax
all the best

Okay first of all - what in the world is a psychologist doing diagnosing you with Alopecia? That should be done by a dermatologist.

Since Alopecia is caused by an iron deficiency, were you even treated for it? For either?

The thinning of your hair is caused by the alopecia.

in argentina when hair is falling out first og all we go to a doctor. if you dont have time o you didnt want to we drink bear. it has very good results
