Best choices for alcohol consumption? |
I watch what I eat, work out 5-6 days a week, but also like to have an occasional glass of wine or two during the week. champagne is as well as wine sweat and dry and sour etc - there are different kinds of them but champagne is actually not as good since its fizzy. Wine is a great choice because its relatively low cal and has lots of antioxidants. One or two glasses a week should not be setting you back on your diet if you are working out and eating right. I don't drink, so I don't know much about champagne, but I have read on several occasions that wine is quite healthy (I read a lot about nutrition). |
