I have drank alcohol daily ( 3 beers a day, over the past 14 years).How long will withdrawal last? Day 8...? |
I have consumed approx. 3 beers a day, over the past 14 years. I am 39 years old, 175 lbs. I have minimized the negative consequences of my daily consumption of 2-4 beers a day. However, I have tried quitting before, and experienced mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms. Physically you just about have it made, but old habits die hard and temptation will arise every time you are someplace where you used to take a drink and they pop up during the course of a year. It gets easier and easier if yo can catch yourself. After three yeaqrs new habits have pretty much replaced the old.. |
