Who do you call?

other than 911 and the police precinct itself who can i call for this problem:

this house has- Illegal Drugs, Alcohol, Prostitution, Sexual Abuse, Illegal residents, illegal apartments, weapons, and are doing this 24/7 never sleep and they are loud and obnoxious, and do this around at least 7 kids in the small block of only 5 homes.

Why won't you call the police? I would put the concern of my children above anything else.
Maybe, if they have any kids under 18 at that house, you could call child protection services. They will come an investigate the situation and either remove the child or at the least notify officials about what's going on there.

Call DEA, child protective services, FBI, they love catching these people. Once one organization gets involved, the rest will follow. Do it ASAP for the sake of the children and surrounding neighborhoods. It's your duty as a concerned citizen to report these losers.

FBI, ATF, any thing sexual is police, not sure who else.

Child protective service - for child endangerment.

But it is still a good idea to notify law enforcement. You do not have to give your name,when you report it.
