I had a brief oral encounter with a working girl unprotected?

i performed oral on her and also she performed on me, this lasted for about 3 hours on and off with some vigorous masterbation, 3 days later after lots of alcohol and general self abuse (business trip) i then noticed some clear fluid from my penis, i went to an std clinic where they performed a test from my uretha and for gonnoreah and chlamydia which came back negative, i am now waiting in desperation for 2 weeks for my results to confirm the results or a urine sample, i am going out of whits with despair, i now have no discharge but a slight tingling sensation, im thinking could it just be from to much activity and how accurate are the tests, help before i hang myself and i am i making the situation worse by constantly inspecting and sending my mind into overdrive

First of all I dont want to scare you till you get your results. But the tingling feeling I dont like that at all. I have herpes and that was one of the symptoms when I got infected I got tingling feelings in my private parts and in my toes weird but very true. Hopefully is nothing good luck and dont worry you should be fine.

Please relax. Yes having unprotected oral can put you at risk for certain stds; fyi, HIV is NOT one of them. I know the waiting game can be difficult. Try to keep your mind off things; when you start to feel antsy, go for a walk, exercise, do SOMETHING. Time will seem to pass far more quickly when you don't watch the clock.

With regards to testing, some factors that can interfere with your test or the accuracy of the results include:

Urinating within 1-2 hours (depending on which test for which std) of collecting a urine sample or a sample of fluid from the urethra.
Contamination of a rectal sample with stool.
The use of antibiotics before the test.

Even still, false positives are possible which would then require you to test again for clarification.
