Liver transplant?

I, at an early age, decided to drink alcohol and continued to abuse this "drug" for the last 25 years. Big mistake!. and I expect no sympathy. Do alcoholics with liver cirrhosis qualify for a transplant? I have been abstinate for 4 and 1/2 months now with help from AA. But I am still in trouble according to liver function tests, urobilogen, etc. Jaundice is now evident.
Any thoughts or help? I would rather not die, but if I do, so be it.

Houston Texas, Dr Smart(832) 355-3977, and Dr Frazier(832)355-3000, St. Lukes Hospital, I know that they do heart transplants, but someone on they're team does liver transplants, and they are rated the best in the country. Good Luck!!

i'm not sure about what you ask because i have nothing to do with that authority. i will share with you what i learned from a Greek person.

Greeks believe that olives and olive oil are a healing agent much like other people believe about garlic.
take a week out of every three months for about a year, drink about 2 ounces of pure olive oil a day for that week. the reason for this is that it cleans the toxin out of the liver. if it is a healing agent then it will help, at least while you wait for the information you require.

i'm not sure what you believe about the mind but you need to know that it is the strongest implement that you will ever posses. it has been known to overcome such things as cancer. aside from that it is capable of making many wonderful things happen in your life. that's the up side. the down side is that if you aren't already you could very well make yourself sick with this awesome power. so if i can instill the courage into you with this message you could use these things i've told you and get well.

one other thing.....pray for help from God, the father almighty. you don't know about the power of prayer until you try.
