Why should we Love our bodies? |
Our bodies treat us so well, yet so many of us hurt it with unhealthy dieting, speaking negatively towards it, and abusing it with all types of substances including diet pills, alcohol and drugs. Because it's the only one we have. We didn't choose it, however we ultimately choose how we treat it. We will get out of it what we put into it. It is our vehicle to get through life. We should embrace our flaws and appreciate our postive assets. If we choose not to pollute it with unhealthy foods and give it the rest it deserves it will take us far and we'll have great opportunity to live a happy life. wut? Because it is our most valuable possession. Abuse the body and you will pay the price down the road. :) 'cuz it's the only one we have. in this life anyway. treat your body well and you will be healhier. self love is good. Its our fuel and its what keep us running. Exactly, coz if you abuse and neglect ur body it will get ruined and cause u great pain and suffering in the long run. We should take more car of our bodies because its what keeps you working and doing fun things. Nobody wants to be 45 years old and can't go hiking or play a sport or even just play with kids and keep up. Plus its attractive to have a nice healthy body which equals better sexual relations with are partner. |
