How can I test and reduce indoor air pollution?

How can I test and reduce indoor air pollution?

Testing for allergys is a cinch today. An allergist puts two needles (they don't hurt a bit) in your back. One tests for any food allergies, and the other tests for everything else. (Pollution, cat or dog dander, dust, etc.) The test takes 5 minutes.

I'm glad I had it done. I found out I have no allergies. :)
