Is smoking tobacco a form of air pollution? |
If so why can't the EPA ban the burning of enviornmental toxins? i know big tobacco is huge but come on! Several things. Cigarettes do not fall under the EPA regulation because they are a personal item. Other things like this are women's makeup, health and beauty items, charcoal grills, and back yard trash burning. EPA has a very hard time regulating things that are covered by other laws such as most of these personal items. Yes .... in a very small scale .. oh for heaven sakes, yes its pollution, just smell the crap!!!!!!!!!! |
