What seems to be the root cause of air and water pollution in the Phillipines?

Can't sell short cars

the existing and continued expanding human population

the root cause are the people itself.....they throw their garbage anywhere, river, lake...anywhere!!!!about air pollution...factories that operate without the necessary clearance so they can do whatever they want... throwing their waste product anywhere .....sometimes black smoke being release in their chimney everyday!!!!....also smoke belching....a lot of dilapidated buses are running everyday...adding to the air pollution.

well lets see here : water pollution is caused by dumping toxins
air pollution is caused by releasing carbon dioxcide gases up
in the earth's asphere. What we are going to do is put an stop
by voting no on prop 86! a major program to end pollution
