Where is the best place to live if you don't like hot or humid weather?

My allergies are really bad and i have trouble breathing. The air pollution doesn't help either. I swear when it rains it smells like garbage.

I grew up in Montana and the weather there is nice, but there are a lot of forest fires though.

Check out the Southwestern U.S, in the high desert areas. Look for an altitude of 4000 ft, or higher. That way, it won't be too hot,and I can assure you, it won't be humid.
