Do you think that a child under the age of fourteen should ride in the front seat? If they're tall enough that the airbag can't suffocate them, absolutely. i think it is funny that i am only 5 foot 2, and i saw a commerical that said all kids height 4 foot nine and smaller should sit in a booster seat. that wasnt too long ago that i was that height, + im a sixteen year old! if they and their parents are smsart enough to remind them that they should wear a seatbelt than sure! ya if they are over 12 and/ or tall enough No I think child under the age of 14 should ride under the front seat. Safety first. It depends on their size and weight. yea if ur tall enough to u shud be albe to yeah so you don't have to reach so far back to smack them. OKAY....that was a joke pls don't take offense. Yeah! I was riding in the front seat back when Moses wore short pants. Back in the day, parents weren't sissies like they are now. Part of that is because they expected half their kids to die prematurely anyway (it was way before the middle class came around). I'd stand up, and sit down, and ride bikes, and have my own thoughts. I could run, play, and take naps. Back then I could sing, and fight, and make friends just how I liked. All of it's been taken away. a child under 12 should be not only in the backseat but should acctually be in a booster seat similar to a child carseat. I found this out through the child birthing classes I took and the book i've read. a 14 year old depending on the childs hight and wieght should be ok in the front seat but the backseat is always the safest way to go. it depends on the childs whieght and hieght. |
