My excercise schedule for a week for my age? |
Right now Im 13, weigh around 95 pounds, about 5'2" and lift 8 pounds. Anyways my old schedule was: Also, for you guys with abs around my age or got abs at my age. Do you mind telling me what you did to make your abs visible? Like what exercises did you do on certain days and how long did it take for you to see results? And if you worked out the lower abdominals, or just did crunches? Thanks, would REALLY appreciate it. Just keep working out hard and make sure you're feeling the burn. Your muscles should be sore the following day. It is pretty unlikely you will stunt your growth unless you're taking steroids - make sure you're building all natural. Lastly, you won't see your abs unless you have a low body fat %. I know guys who aren't necessarily very strong but have very low body fat % and you can see their abs. Since it sounds like you're very skinny, maybe packing on more muscle would help. Try doing leg lifts for additional resistance on your abs. Also, don't worry too much, since you're still growing - it might be hard for you to pack on much mass for a few years. ok 1) add more weight make it about 15 lb but if u want to be bulk instead of cut use 20 |

I have actually had the reverse happen to me over time. Granted the dreams have become more intricate but that's natural given the fact that I've had more experience and thus my dreams h... thats a perfect weight. seriously. not too skinny and too fat. you shouldnt lose any pounds. you have room for gaining a bit though too. ...heck yea, you go arnold jr. ... |
