Urgent!! If you do sets and bench at age 15 will it stun your growth? |
I have a bench and weights, the bar has like 65lbs; I bench +120 reps of those and lift 100reps. The only way a bench press will stunt your growth is if you suddenly stand up and do an overhead press and drop the weight on your head and compress your spine...don't believe all that you hear....Keep up the workout... NO IT DOESNOT, EVERYBODY SAYS IT DOES BUT IT DOESNOT! THERE IS PROOF THAT IT DOESNOT!! yes it will..close your epiphesial plates in ur knees faster Well, it might. But it also injures your bones because your bones are not fully grown. No. It won't stunt your growth. it would only stun your growth if you do it everyday for like 2 hours. basically overdoing it. your workout is very healthy. I don't think it does... i'm not 100% sure though. Srry!! (You sound hot to me though. (Even if you are short!)(I like shorties. They're cute!)) |
