I have been trying to lose weight since age 15, I always make exscuses, and stuff, and now im 18 large, HELP!! |

That way you can encourage and motivate each other. took caffiene out and lost almost 5 pounds in a week just on that... then i started walking it ook forever but i got an ipod and put about 40 songs on it and started walking around my neighborhood and told myself until the playlist started over it was not time to go home by that time i had walked almost 2 hours and didnt even know it and it helped soooooooo much it was almost like i was not even working out but you gotta have a good paced walk just enough to where you start getting sweaty nothing to fast but enough to feel it in your calves...... good luck! 1.
