No its not curable unfortunately, a lot of our young men endured this spraying of Agent Orange during the Vietnam War. My daughter's friend father died as a result of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
He came down with cancer when the boy was very young, so really he doesn't even know his father.

I do believe his wife went to DC and got some sort of settlement. Anyway the mother had nothing left to show for the money she received, neither did her 2 sons. Instead she became an alcoholic.
