Weight and Exercise help? |
I'm a sixteen year old girl who is 5'4" tall and weighs between 135-140 (usually it balances out to be 138). My race is African American and Middle Eastern. My ideal weight would be 125-127ish. if you just want to lose weight ,running for 2 hours should be more than enough. just keep your calories in check. I am about the same weight and as tall as you. I no It is so hard to lose just a little bit of weight, I started walking and lost 5 pounds in 1 month. I think that workout plan is great and will help... but Pilate's is not relaxing I have been doing it for years and it can get tough. it sounds tough to begin with. just remember if you condition your body hard then it will be used to it and later on in life when you do no do this workout or more you may gain weight easily and have to work out even harder..........advice do as much exercise as you need enough to stress yourself a bit till it gets boreing or you get to your ideal weight then mix it up a bit. also if you do cross country ..........id venture to say you weigh more due to lean muscle not fat. dont concentrate on the numbers..........it does sound like u will be overdoing it a bit but .............if it gets u where u want to be then keep on. probably take you 5-7 months |
