How do u tone ur stomach at the same time, work your booty to make it nice n round? |
a big booty with a small waist..help! beautiful african american women..help! lol To tone up you need to do aroebics and watch what you eat, and if you want to get a round booty, do lots of squats and lunges. Crunches and stomach workouts really don't do much if you have a layer of fat on top. If you decide to start running (which is really good for losing the fat, but bad on your joints) also do a yoga workout two or three times a week, or something along those lines. You could simply do sit-ups and do squats. I don't think you could do that at the same time but it works. I have the same problem and it's working out fine. Us black women have to stick together. LOL! Well, I use a 75cm (get a smaller one if your shorter) workout ball. They are very cheap and they target a lot of your core muscles such as glutes (butt), abs, obliques, back, and legs.I also have a personal trainer and she has me doing sit-ups (targeting abs and obliques) with the ball as well as kickbacks ( for your glutes), push-ups ( for forearms, chest and biceps), hamsting curls ( for hamstrings and glutes), knee tucks (for glutes), lunges (for hamstrings, glutes, and thighs) and low back extensions (targeting your lower back and helping posture). Out of all of these I have found that the most effective to strengthen you glutes is the hamstring curls, lunges, and knee tucks. If your a beginner you should start with a lot of repetitions (12-15) and a low amount of sets(2-3). As your progress you can increase your sets (4-5), lower your reps(8-12), and add weight (2.5lb to 5lb at first). I know its hard for you if you've never seen how these workouts are done before, but try a Google search of the exercises or visit a local book store for a book on weight training. |
