Painful lump...?

I'm a 44 you African American male with a painful lump on the right side of my chest just under my right nipple.

It's been an issue for a couple of months now....

Ummm, your thoughts?

I'll see a physician ASAP.
FYI it's under the skin, no blemish is visible.

You should have this checked out by your physician as soon as you can. Pain is normally a good thing, cancer normally doesn't hurt. Good luck to you.

maybe you have a breast cancer....dude how do i know im only 16

Maybe a boil / infection of the skin.... Get it checked out at the next available appointment with the doctor.

Any lumps should be checked out by the doctor.
Especially painful ones. Please go see your doctor ASAP. It may be nothing but it may be something. It's better to be safe than sorry.
