PCOS, 163kg and I want a baby...?

I know I need to lose weight and have been told I may never conceive naturally, does anyone have any suggestions about assisted conception or adoption they can offer?

I have PCOS, and conceived my son before I was diagnosed. I am also adopted. I am a supporter of adoption within this country and others. There are many children out there wanting good homes and parents to give their love to. There are other options as well. Clomid has worked for many PCOSers as has simple weight loss, and metformin. I don't know how tall you are, but I was 210 when I conceived. If you cannot have children, there are surrogates and adoption!

I have pcos, but conceived my son naturally, try to lose a little weight and your symptoms should reduce a little,I was also told I would never have a child of my own ,legs up a wall helped me!! good luck to you x
