Is Early bleeding sign of implantation?

My Wife and I been married for 8.5 years and no children, the lord has not blessed us yet. We have had a couple miscarriages both in the early months. We have gone for a lot of testing, and the doctor is perplexed, we are both considered very fertile , but no luck yet. Anyway, my wife was put on some medication to regluate periods and it has worked. Since the last few months, she has finally had regular 28 day cycles.

But something weird happened this month, she started bleeding 3 days earlier than day 28. In the basin, was dark blood and string deposits in the blood. is this a miscarriage, an aborted pregnancy or something else? She called her OBGYn this morning and they told her to go to a lab to take a blod test immediately. The home prego test was a faint line, but not a dark line. Anyway, could this be a self-aborted pregnancy where the body discharges it itself and rejects the embryo? This is first time ever she has bleeded early. please help. Adoption may be next for us.

Pay no attention to that guy... about you looking...I for one am impressed, and really hope that you both are Pg my husband and I have been trying for over 6yrs and had one twin molor pg so I am really into over analyzing things, But I would get a blood test about 10 days after the spotting and have a internal ultrasound they are more accurate and can tell right away.
