Where in Alexandria, Louisiana can you find a clinic or hospital that treat children(mine is 9) for obesity.?

Need to find treatment or counseling in Alexandria, Louisiana for my 9 year old boy(weighs 126). Has always been overweight, but had surgery on both legs last year(cast, rod, plates), just released this August as far as being able to do anything. Also grandfather just passed 8\09\06. He may need for eating disorder(counseling). But everywhere I've called doen't deal with children, starts with adolescents or adults. Please if anyone know where in Alexandria, Louisiana where I can get him help. I'm afraid he could get diabetes or heart problems(all fat around heart). THANK YOU ANYONE THAT CAN GIVE ANY ADVICE!!!!!

You might want to examine yourself too, if you're the one feeding him.
