Anyone with medical experience-I need advice please?

I had surgery 4 days ago and I feel really nauseous.
I had appendectomy and one tube and ovary removed, and adhesions. i feel SO nauseous, and I have a headache. I haven't taken pain meds since friday. I also have night sweats, no fever. What;s the deal and what can i do to feel better?
also, my incisions are 1 inch long and I got the glue instead of sutures. It's starting to peel off-is that okay?

and how long before I don't look 4 months pregnant???????????

the nauseous is normal cause of the anesthesia. Just relax and take it easy. If you had the laparscopic surgery they pumped air in your stomach and the bulge is just air. Give it a week
