Messed up periods!!?

I had the implanon implant fitted on 5th July but it didnt agree with me so I had it removed on 27th September. During the time i had the implant, I had no periods whatsoever.

One week after having implanon removed, I started with a brownish discharge (like i got at the end of me periods before). This lasted a week then i seemed to have it slightly heavier for another week. Was this my period??

I have just had the same thing again for the past 3 days but I have horrific period pains, but yet no true period.

Can anyone advise me on what is going on? I had adhesions removed from my womb on th 27th July if that makes any difference. I am just concerned because we are supposed to be trying for a baby, and I am worried its not going to happen.

the other month i douched. I have just found out that is bad. Could this be whats wrong, have i done some damage? I have done a home pregnancy test and it was negative so I am definitely not pregnant!! I dont know what to do please help???

Sometimes surgery and stopping birth control can throw your cycle out and it could take a couple of months for it to become regular again.

I would recommend you get in touch with your doctor/gyno to let them know about your symptoms and the messed up periods and the horrible pain you are experiencing with your periods.
