Any reason for a toddler to have linea nigra? Doctors?

I'm thinking the linea nigra forms because of pregnancy hormones. Why would a toddler be forming this? If she may have a hormonal imbalance, which hormone is high/low?
This same child developed labial adhesions at 4 months old due to some kind of hormonal imbalance. It was fixed with premarin (estrogen cream).

She is very fair skinned, and fair haired with blue eyes. But on the top of her back, it looks like their may be a tiny spot with a little bit of hyperpigmentation. But I don't know if this might be excema (sometimes it feels a little rougher)?

I wonder if I should take her to the doctor or just wait until her next appointment at 2 yrs.

She is 20 months old now.

any other part of her body with hyperpigmentation? hormonal imbalances can be due to anything that has something to do with the hypothalamic-pituitary axis... in this case, it might involve the adrenals. have your doctor work it up and find what's wrong.
