I've been sick all year.... whats wrong with me now?

All year I have been sick and in pain.
When I was 4 years old, I had a fundoplication for severe reflux and also because I was born without a valve. I was told that my reflux would always play up again if something else in my body was wrong.
* for a few months this year feeling of sickness in chest(reflux) was really bad. Doctors tried to figure out whats wrong and could't
* 2 months ago had appendectomy ( I didn't actually have appendicitis but a bag of incredibly poisonous fluid around appendix)
* reflux is back again
* bad pains that come and go around where appendix was
* started only on right side but has moved to left as well.
* lower back and inner thigh pains
* 3 bloody stools and yellow mucous in stools
* pain sometimes around upper right abdo

I 'm not sure whats wrong :) I am booked in to see my gastro on thursday. Does anyone know what this sounds like???
