Anyone with pituitary adenoma? surgery? I have a pit tumor as part of Cushing's syndrome. In most cases this is the treatment of choice for these benign tumors. Usually surgery is warranted when there's evidence the tumour is growing - especially if causing symptoms like hormone deficiencies, optic chiasm compression (causing vision probs). |
