How bout those adenoids?

How much discomfort do enlarged adenoids cause a child, a two year old to be exact? Anyone ever heard of trying Nasonex before having adenoids removed?

I had terrible trouble with my adenoids as a child until I had them removed-my allergy symptoms became more manageble and my asthma attacks became less frequent.
