Can enlarged adenoids cause chronic postnasal drip?

and can this postnasal drip cause chronic cough?

Oh, it sure can. When my grand daughter was 5 ( shes 13 now) she always got this terrible cough which made her vomit She was diagnosed with a cold, allergies, sinus infection,etc. My daughter took her to an ENT and he immediately wanted totake her adenoids out, She was always on antibiotics. Well, she had her adenoids out and she was fine, When she does get a cold, all she gets is just a mild cough now.

I guess but I would ask your dr about that.
