Ear tubes and Adnoids?

Hi,

The doc adviced my 6 yr old daughter to undergo tubes for her ear and adnoids be removed. I was so reluctant to perform this surgery, but at last we decided to have it done. Any suggesstion and advice for post care after surgery for the tubes and adenoids.

The tube placement wont have any big discomfort but the adnoid area will definately be tender. I made my kids Lime sherbert floats with Sprite, it numbs the area it's so cold, plus gives them some calories while they're not eating...
