Dry cough for a long. time feels like something wont come out my throat?

for about a month when i've been having problems swallowing and throat problems such as a feeling in my throat also feeling like i cant breathe even though i could speak, doctor told me i had infected adenoids and gave me medicine for gerd. my throat never burns anymore but it still feels like when i tighten my throat a little like a grunt when i exhale i feel a little popping sound.then i try to cough it up a little and my throat starts to feel like it has mucus down there. and daily the lower part of my esophagus fills whith air and makes a bubble popping sound on its own not like a burp though, any1 else feel like this? what did they do? could i be coughing something up but not getting it out even though i can speak?

How did your doctor diagnose infected adenoids? I think that perhaps you need a second opinion. You can also try over the counter mucinex.
