Sore throat about 1 month after tonsillectomy?

I just had my tonsils and adenoids taken out about a month ago, and just recently I have started having a sore throat accompained by a headache. It's not strep, and I don't think it's a cold because I don't have any other symptoms. Does anybody know what it could be

I had my tonsils taken out a few years ago, and my throat still acts up every now and then. It surprised me at first, because I thought the surgery would mean I wouldn't get sick like that anymore, but it still happens now and then...I wouldn't worry about it too much. We're still susceptible to the occasional sore throat :o)
