I am having issues breathing/and struggling to be happy with the appearance of my nose. Advice please? |
Five years ago I had an operation to remove my adenoids. The operation seemed to help at the time as I could breathe more easily. Now I am finding a few issues with my nose/breathing which are getting increasingly worse. I am struggling to take in enough oxygen when breathing through my nose, so I tend to breathe through my mouth. Discuss this with your doctor. |
