Why do patients with Addison's disease become hypotensive?


Why do patients with Addison's disease become hypotensive, if you can answer it will help a lot?

there is a lack of steroids in the body that are necessary to regulate blood pressure

Addisons disease is a condition of the adrenal glands. The adrenal gland secrete the hormone cortisol which helps to control blood pressure. So, the body can't regulate the blood pressure with the lack of cortisol.
