I have Addison's Disease. I was diagnosed back in July and am doing well now.?

Within the last 2 months, everytime I go out and drink alcohol my legs swell up. Does anyone know why this is happening? They start to swell even after only 2 beers. The next day I get really bad foot cramps too.

I have this too since i had Cushings and had my adrenals removed.
How are your meds ? Are you on enough cortisol and florinef ?
Watch your sodium levels. We seem to be the only people who need extra salt.Don't skimp.
You may need your electrolytes checked.
Good luck and I'd love to talk to another Addisonian.

www.cushings-help.com
They have help and info on Addisons too.
