Sugar addicts!!!? |
soo.. i'm so joke addicted to sugar and i've tried to stop cold turkey and everything but when i get a crazing which is every couple of hours i cant help but run out and buy it. help!! i've tried acupuncture for it. it worked for two weeks then it stopped. any advice would be really helpful because my dentist is starting to get really rich lol *** * i am sooo NO joke addicted Try therapy. Your addiction is not a physical one, but a mental one, meaning it is all in your head. well you need to just have STRONG will power, and not give in so easily. I'm not trying to put you down, but i'm going to guess with all the amount of sugar you consume, you're over weight? If not, you must have an excellent metabolism, but keep in mind, you're at risk for DIABETES. And if left untreated. You can cause further damage to your body. Try eating 3 slices of bacon and 2 scrambled eggs for breakfast. Top the eggs with a teaspoon of sour cream and a some sliced avocado. For lunch have 6 ozs of turkey and a salad with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. For dinner have a piece of fish with creamed spinahc and green beans. Now, see if you continue to have the cravings. |
