2 ripped tendons above my Clavicle and an old fracture?

I did this skateboarding 2 yrs ago, and now doctors want me to get surgery 2 reattach the tendons. Should I? Or are there other methods of healing such as acupuncture??It is getting so painful+++

If the tendons are truly severed as you say, nothing short of surgery is going to re-attach them. You need surgery!
