Quitting smoking ideas and cures?

Do u know any good or unique ways of quitting smoking? Have u tried and suceeded in any of them?

I heard of acupuncture, hypnotism, taking vitamins to reduce cravings, exercise to get oxygen moving through the system. Is there anything else you heard of?

There a number of smoking cessation aids availabe. Skin patches, hypnotism and natural or herbal remedies.

Personally I would prefer a natural or herbal remedy for 2 reasons. One, it has no side effects and second it is effective. A natural remedy would help in reducing nicotine craving as well as the nicotine withdrawal symptoms.
