Does different kinds of alternative healing works?or which one really works?...? |
Im just interested with the topic..the kind of alternative healing that I'm pertaining to are those in line with acupuncture, hypnosis, massage etc....and also if they are proven to be effective at the present.. Great question!!! I always get a kick out of the "alternative" being placed on the oldest of healing ways, while practices of only a few hundred years is the mainstay...go figure!!! I'm a massage therapist and totally believe in the body healing itself. I regularly go to see a chiropractor and it has helped me with my migraine headaches and back problems. I'm not sure what you want the alternative medicine to heal though? I need more details. The alternative medicine doesn't heal you. Your own body does they just help it to. When you receive a massage it helps increase your circulation, relax muscles, and get rid of toxins. I love getting massages. It is not a luxury thing. It's health maintence for me. I haven't gotten sick for along time. I am a firm believer in alternative medacines. The way that I see it is that it can't hurt to try. So I usually attempt an alternative option first if I can find one, and then if I still need additional help, I turn to Western Medicine. I have found MANY options that do work, but I have also found some that dont. I have found AMAZING results from Acupuncture, and am a believer. I have also used nutritional supplements such as Evening Primrose oil to cure and aid my exczema something which traditional medicine couldnt do for me. I have also tried other things such as Guggul to lower my cholesterol which I didnt have the best results with (although I didnt stick to the regimine as tightly as I should.) In short, I think different things work on different issues, and are worth trying. If it doesnt work, you dont lose anything! Think of it this way, we know vegetables and fruit nourish our body and help out eyesight, bones, heart, etc. So why would herbs be any different? GOOD LUCK!! Matrix Energetics is the most profound healing technique I have ever seen that anyone can learn and use, By applying this consciousness technology you can feel and sometimes see depending on the area instantaneous change. You can buy the book and learn the techniques or go to a seminar. believe - receive.... the answer lies with in you to go on the internet and type www.ghr1000 and sythropin..i was dead a year ago..im 62 now and i can do anything i want to now// i put away my wheel chair and i walk 2miles everyday and play 18holes of golf 3 to 4 times a week//what do you have to lose...just do away with pain..good luck Consider the following... |
