I have tried proactiv, somme institute products, birth control, osmotics, clinique....i have tried so many things. has anyone ever changed their diet completely and seen changes? has anyone tried everything like me and finally found something that worked? i have heard about getting acupuncture, has anyone tried that? i am just so tired of my bad skin and it is embarassing...i am an adult and should not have skin problems?!?! please help! serious knowledge and answers only please. Accutane. Have you thought about going to a dermatologist? they specialize in skin problems Personally, I eat an apple a day to keep my skin healthy. Acne is often caused by toxins and so eating more vegetables and fiber items also helps because it is removing body toxins. Aaah, I just posted a question similar to yours. I'm 23, and yes, it is frustrating and embarrassing. I was on amoxycillin antibiotic pill and it was the only thing that I found had worked. Sadly my white blood cell count is now half of what it should be and I have painful and achy joints because of it. It's so disappointing because finally I found something that worked, but it's not healthy to be on for a long period of time =/ You can find cheap, effective and natural home remedies for acne/ pimples at |
