Help me with this shoulder blade problem...PLEASE HELP ME....? |
* I got a very light sprain over the shoulder blade (scapula) while in gym a year ago. doctors are all useless fellows...not helping me to find the exact problem...please help guys.. Sounds like you have some type of nerve damage in your shoulder which there is not much that can be done. If it had been something like a torn labrum or rotator cuff injury it would have shown up on the MRI. The only thing I can suggest is to get some referrals of specialists, even ones that may not be located in your area and give it another try. Good Luck! I would suggest acupuncture, as I am an acupuncture student, but it appears that is not the answer. Syntoms you refer, related to scapula, ribs, burning sensation, tingling feeling, and muscle twitches, makes one think that there is a neuronal inflammation, localize some place in the dorsal area , D2-D5, did the MRI, scan this area to ?. sounds to me like you have nerve damage. This does not show up on x-rays or MRI images. Use ice, take ibuprofen for anti-inflammatory purposes. Ibuprofen actually helps heal inflammation. |
