Help me with this shoulder blade problem...PLEASE HELP ME....?

* I got a very light sprain over the shoulder blade (scapula) while in gym a year ago.
* Without taking complete rest, I was trying to lift weights once a week and failed. The pain slowly increased.
* I took xray. It did not show any fracture.
* I started going for massage therapy....It increased the pain.
* I went to an orthopedic and took MRI. It did not show any muscle strains or tears.
* I went to physical therapy for 2 months. It increased the pain.
* I went for yoga, it increased the pain.

About pain:
Knife stabbing pain over scapula, radiating pain over ribs and chest, burning sensation all over scapula, ribs, chest. Pins and needle pain in some places over scapula, sometimes tingling feeling, rarely muscle twitches.

I can even go now and lift weights but I have to suffer all the above pain for next one week starting from the next day of the workout.

going for acupuncture but it also brings me above pains the next day to 1 week...

What do I have? help

doctors are all useless fellows...not helping me to find the exact problem...please help guys..

Sounds like you have some type of nerve damage in your shoulder which there is not much that can be done. If it had been something like a torn labrum or rotator cuff injury it would have shown up on the MRI. The only thing I can suggest is to get some referrals of specialists, even ones that may not be located in your area and give it another try. Good Luck!

I would suggest acupuncture, as I am an acupuncture student, but it appears that is not the answer.
It sounds like you might have a pinched nerve. You may have inflammation or spinal compression between two of the thoracic vertebrae. This would explain pain that radiates from back to chest. It is possible that your posture was affected by your original injury in a way that placed strain on the vertebral disks. Good luck.

Syntoms you refer, related to scapula, ribs, burning sensation, tingling feeling, and muscle twitches, makes one think that there is a neuronal inflammation, localize some place in the dorsal area , D2-D5, did the MRI, scan this area to ?.
You should stop, doing exercises that increase your pain for 6-8 weeks, as the inflammation would not go away if you keep stimulating the inflamed area, should try with warm pads, massage and electric stimuli, concomitantly with muscle relaxants, pain relievers, and vitamin B , tablets .One dose of steroid im, would also help but you must get a order from a doctor, this would help you to recover faster. Warm watter massage in a jettina could also help. But the most important is to stop lifting weights, or exercise that you know , make the pain return.

sounds to me like you have nerve damage. This does not show up on x-rays or MRI images. Use ice, take ibuprofen for anti-inflammatory purposes. Ibuprofen actually helps heal inflammation.
